Insurance Images provides a digitally recorded, photographic records of your home, business, rental or commercial property and / or personal items BEFORE a potential disaster strikes!..That is the KEY to our services, we take the before photos and provide you with your own personalized CD for your records in case of loss...We take care of all the work and storage medium for you.
Menu of Services:
Our base price covers an on-site visit to the property & includes up to 50 images / one hour and covers properties located within a 20 mile radius of exit 19 of the Northway; Queensbury, New York. The base price also includes a one year off-site storage of a secondary back-up CD for additional customer protection. All CD images are Date / Time stamped as proof of when the images were taken. We also personally sign and date the customers CD for added certification & protection.
The base price for residential properties includes exterior photos plus other on-site improvements (like decks, pools, sheds, gazebos, hot-tubs, garages, etc.) interior photos of the residence and personal items like furniture, antiques, jewelery, collectibles, etc...It's entirely up to YOU what you want recorded.
The base price for non-residential properties includes all the above but is focused more towards business / commercial needs.
In addition, we offer off-site storage of your digital images on an optional, annual subscription basis (the first year is included).
We are located in Queensbury, New York and are the only company within the region to offer these important services. We cover Queensbury, Glens Falls, Saratoga, Lake George, Warrensburg, Lake Luzerne, Corinth and many other nearby regions of upstate New York. We offer our services for other regions outside our immediate area as well at a small mileage charge.
